The subject land holding is situated in the townland of Dunleer, Co Louth. The lands are bounded by a private lane to the north & south & Old Coach Road to the west and adjoining agricultural land to the east. There is an entrance to the land on the south side of the holding, off Old Coach Road and there is a completely derelict semi-detached cottage also fronting on to the Old Coach Road to the southern boundary. The second derelict cottage is set amongst the over grown area about 30m inside on the left of the main entrance off the Old Coach Road to the South.
